To reach a level in a class you will need to have at least the amounts shown in the table below.
Decimals will not count towards your level so if you have 74.9 in a skill it will count as 74.
To reach higher than level 4 you will need either skill items or get tomes to raise your skill caps.
You can also find stat potions to raise your stat caps.
Base cap for both skill and stats are 130 and with tomes/potions you can raise it to 150.
